What Is Magnesium?

In our products at Herbal Mana, we use a liquid version of magnesium called magnesium chloride. This is a combination of magnesium flakes and water that, when combined, create an oily-like substance.

Magnesium chloride is an easy-to-absorb version of magnesium, which can help increase the magnesium levels in the body when applied topically to the skin.

There are many benefits to proper levels of magnesium within the body. We use magnesium in several of our products because it can help the body:
