Happy International Women's Day!
This International Women's Day, we'd like to talk about two common pain conditions that affect millions of women around the world.
Our goal at Herbal Mana is to provide natural options for managing pain and living a happy, healthy life- so we'll also cover some of our products that may help with the pain associated with each of these conditions.
March Hope Charity: The Fibromyalgia Association
An estimated 5 million American adults (most of them women) have fibromyalgia according to the National Institutes of Health.
Chronic widespread pain is the primary marker for Fibromyalgia accompanied by extreme fatigue, sleep disturbances, sensitivity to touch, light, and sound and impaired memory and cognitive function.
As you may know, our Inner Warrior blend was created with our Fibromyalgia Warriors in mind to try to help relieve things like muscle and nerve pain as well as helping to boost energy.
This month, as part of our monthly Hope charity, 20% of the proceeds from every bottle of our elevating Hope blend will be donated to the National Fibromyalgia Association to help those suffering from Fibromyalgia find the knowledge and resources they need as well as fund research on causes and possible ways of treating Fibromyalgia and similar chronic pain conditions.

Endometriosis is a painful condition in which tissue similar to the lining inside the uterus (called “the endometrium”), is found outside the uterus, where it induces a chronic inflammatory reaction that may result in scar tissue.
Endometriosis often goes undiagnosed or misdiagnosed, but is estimated to affect 1 in 10 women.
A 2013 clinical study found that aromatherapy has a significant effect on pain and bleeding during menstruation. The essential oils used in the study were cinnamon, clove, lavender, and rose. Any of those sound familiar? That's right! Those are the same essential oils in our Luna Warrior Daily blend.
Luna Warrior Daily was created to try to help relieve the pain and inflammation associated with painful periods and to help balance hormones.
