Clean → Roll → Breathe (The Inner Warrior Ritual)
Clean the area you'd like to apply Inner Warrior with soap and water. Apply daily and as needed for discomfort. Give it a minute to absorb. Inhale the calming aroma and exhale the day. Wash hands & application site before use. For topical use only. Slight skin irritation may occur, but it is temporary and lessens as your skin gets used to the roll-on. If irritation persists, rinse with warm water.
